We want you to love your Seraffina piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, and perfume
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear
- Sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Email us at support@seraffina.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack the items securely and drop off at the designated carrier
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
